- I went through and deleted the pictures in Outlook and it sailed through the synchronization.
- Several suggested fixes lead me to a solution that did work.

Situation: When syncing your Outlook with your Blackberry, the sync process stops halfway through saying "Error Encountered 0x80040FB3, Check Documentation".
Finally I bit the bullet and went into Desktop manager, Backup and Restore, and restored a previous Calendar - All file. Solution: When you search error code 0x80040FB3 online, everyone will refer you to this not-so-helpful Blackberry support article [Link 1]. Reply niss63 likes this.

This type of incompetency is par for the course for RIM's software development teams. i went to the synch log and found the first calendar entry that said "ignore", went to her outlook 2007 found that entry and deleted it.
