yes, it was 32 bit issue... The Oracle docs say it only uses the first one, but maybe something else was being changed/was already in place and working. Since Eclipse doesn't use JAVA_HOME, you'll likely have to alter your PATH prior to launching Eclipse to ensure you are using not only the appropriate version of Java, but also if Anyways, It Worked, I Advise You Trying Both Eclipse (x32bit)/(x64bit).
